Email log
Section titled “Email log”To check whether an email went out, turn on Keep a log of the emails the site sends in Settings > Email log, choose how many days to keep them, and press Save settings. Then Open the email log lists each email: when, who it went to, its subject and whether it was sent. Click a subject to see the email as it was sent.
Emails with a sign-in, password, invitation or confirmation link show only who they went to and their subject, so nobody reading the log can use the link. Mailing list emails aren’t in the log. Turning the log off deletes what it kept within the hour.
Backups
Section titled “Backups”The site can back itself up every day (Settings > Backups). Each backup can be restored if something goes badly wrong. Restoring brings back pages and settings, not images, which are never deleted anyway. If you’re unsure, ask whoever set up your site before restoring.
